Job Description/ResponsibilitiesResponsible for daily end-to-end operations across all Sazerac .COM brand platforms ensuring operational excellence.
- Use PDS (Performance Development System) to enhance performance within the company through evaluation, planning, and goal execution. Strive to constantly develop oneself as a valuable asset through personal and professional growth and attention to the position’s outcomes.
- In partnership with Media team, plan, execute, and optimize media performance campaigns across all digital channels fully integrated with Media and Event activities for brand physical stores. Build customer acquisition and retention programs. Execute digital activation campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Implement go-to-market digital strategies for new product launches and key initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives. Design and implement effective commercial and promotional strategies to drive traffic, customer engagement, and sales with Homeplaces team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital activation strategies and performance.
- In partnership with Digital Experiences manager, enhance online customer engagement through targeted marketing initiatives, personalized content, and strategic use of digital channels. Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and DTC team to ensure cohesive and integrated digital activation efforts.
- Manage the digital activation MarTech partners, budget and governance, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize campaigns’ ROI.
- Partner with E-Business Analyst to obtain and utilize data analytics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns, promotions, and commercial activities, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven track record with E-Commerce Platforms, MarTech and CRM systems. Experience with major solutions is mandatory (i.e., Adobe, Salesforce,…).
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, & project management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements
- Talented strategic thinker and business profile with Marketing or Sales background is required.
- Proven track record managing DTC/.com go-to-market strategies and digital activations integrated with physical stores.
- Strong expertise developing commercial calendars, promotions, digital and performance media campaigns in partnership with Brand and Media teams.
- 5 years relevant experience (minimum)
- Ability to travel (up to 25%)
