Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives and targets our key customer segments.
  • Website Management: Ensure our website is accurate, up-to-date, functional, and aligned with our current marketing strategies. Maximize search engine optimization (SEO) and maintain our online presence.
  • Social Media Management: Update and maintain our social media presence, consistent with our marketing message and strategies, and utilize the most effective methods of delivery.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, and other marketing materials, to engage our target audience and drive website traffic.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our sales team, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of our digital marketing efforts.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze our digital marketing performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform our marketing strategy and optimize our efforts.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
  • Personal Qualities: Personable, organized, motivated, reliable, and able to maintain good relationships with vendors, customers, and employees.
