What You'll Do:
  • Resident Care and Community Maintenance
  • Lead and manage the Resident Services Department, providing quality care and services to all residents.
  • Serve as a liaison between residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers regarding health concerns.
  • Perform hands-on care procedures within your scope of practice, adhering to state regulations and Five Star Senior Living policies.
  • Ensure resident care meets the personal, physical, and cognitive needs of each individual, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of OSHA and state regulations, ensuring our community consistently complies with all relevant standards.
  • Staff Management
  • Effectively organize and manage the Resident Services Department, optimizing staffing levels to meet resident needs.
  • Monitor the performance of your team, ensuring compliance with community and state regulations, and promoting efficient resource utilization.
  • Implement and maintain sound infection control practices to create a healthy environment for residents and staff.
  • Provide guidance and support to your team, fostering a culture of excellence in resident care.
