At Lakewood Reserve, we are dedicated to providing a vibrant lifestyle for our seniors. Our mission is to create a nurturing atmosphere where residents can thrive and enjoy their golden years.
Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with the Health and Wellness Director and Memory Care Director to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Monitoring resident health routines and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Managing daily operations within the community to maintain a high standard of care.
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Caregivers.
- Creating staff schedules and approving timecards to ensure adequate coverage.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a caregiving role within Assisted Living.
- At least 2 years of management or leadership experience.
- Experience in scheduling is highly preferred.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to be on-call and work weekends as needed.
Additional Requirements:
QMAP certification is required for this position.
