Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a Client Technologies Specialist with strong skills in Windows OS support and troubleshooting. This role requires an individual who can efficiently perform a full range of computer administration tasks, including software updates, system troubleshooting, and remote support with minimal oversight. You'll be responsible for ensuring that systems run smoothly and that all issues are documented for future reference.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide desktop support, including software and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Install and update applications on Windows operating systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operating system update failures.
  • Remove unsupported or vulnerable software from user devices.
  • Ensure all work is properly documented for future reference.
  • Follow established quality standards for troubleshooting and remediation.
  • Use remote technology to manage and resolve issues.
  • Communicate status updates clearly and accurately to the team.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate effectively with team members.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Experience in Windows OS administration and support.
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting and remediation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
