ADP is seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of ADP's payroll and HR solutions for our mid-sized business clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement ADP's Time and Attendance solutions, combining analytical and project management skills to simplify complex information and provide expert support to clients.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, applying industry and product knowledge to optimize system configurations and product upgrades.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention by providing timely solution delivery within client-defined timelines and remaining engaged with clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Resolve issues and provide solutions with minimal direction on procedural matters, ensuring accuracy of all aspects of client setup.
  • Collaborate with client project teams, ADP associates, and other stakeholders to provide input on process improvement and product enhancements.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Basic project management skills
  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons
  • College degree preferred, but not required; relevant experience or military experience also considered
