Business Development Center Associate

Do you love working with new technologies and innovative products? We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Business Development Team. This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience. In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, perspective vehicles, and their ability to purchase. You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market. We have an in-house training team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers. Business Development Center Associate As a Business Development Center Associate, your job is to efficiently process large call volumes daily while developing a satisfied customer base in regards to service of their vehicles. Service Consultants will help customers with any questions or needs the customer may have about their vehicle by phone. Business Development Center Associate Benefits * Full-time employees are offered Medical, Vision & Dental * 401K retirement and saving plans are offered to employees after working at the dealership for 6 months or more * Paid Vacation time, selected holiday pay, sick leave Business Development Center Associate Responsibilities * Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments. * Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates. * Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources. * Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show. * Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management. * Utilize CRM tracking system daily. Business Development Center Associate Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED * At least one previous role based in customer service experience * Telemarketing experience preferred * Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities effectively * Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve * Prompt and courteous demeanor * Positive and hardworking personality * Strong computer skills * Available to work on Saturdays * Billingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal) required * Valid driver’s license * Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
