Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to employees in various HR related areas such as leaves, benefits, payroll, performance.
  • Resolve any issue that may arise.
  • Assist in benefits administration.
  • Administer and process bi-weekly payroll for two locations.
  • Manage time and attendance to ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with planning and execution of special events such as benefits open enrollment, employee recognition events and other celebrations.
  • Maintain organized electronic employee files and HR documents.
