Pay Rate/Range: $16-18/hr

Description: Seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant for a local medical facility. The Administrative Assistant will support the administrative and human resources departments. For the Administrative department, will handle data entry, updating spreadsheets, tracking licenses, monthly reports, and filing. For the Human Resources department, will call candidates to schedule interviews, participate in interviews, and conduct new hire orientations. Only considering those with recent administrative background and strong work history for this role.

Job Requirements: Must have strong computer skills, will be required to pass computer testing. Must have previous administrative assistant experience. Exposure to human resources is a plus. Will only consider those with strong job longevity.

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
