  • Prospect, qualify, identify, and close new sales opportunities
  • Manage and maximize assigned territory
  • Conduct exterior property inspection for wind and hail damage
  • Review scope of work summaries and sign contracts with homeowners
  • Collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners
  • Build relationships by earning trust with homeowners
  • Educate customers on the industry, products, and AmeriPro's policies and procedures
  • Methodically manage the sales pipeline via CRM
  • Maintain constant communication with sales leadership, homeowners, and office staff
  • Prepare and attend weekly sales meetings
  • Follow AmeriPro's sales system, policies, processes, and procedures

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years proven full cycle sales experience
  • Reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Industry knowledge preferred
  • Previous experience using a CRM platform required
  • Self-sufficient and dedicated to personal career development
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • 21 years of age or older preferred
