Your Typical Day Overall, a Senior Director of Total Rewards has a varied and demanding role that requires a combination of strategic planning, data analysis, project management, and interpersonal skills. Other accountabilities as assigned Required • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management (retirement and health & welfare), with at least 7 years in a leadership role. • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, including executive compensation, equity, incentive/commission design, audits and regulatory compliance. • Experience developing and implementing total rewards strategies that support organizational goals and drive employee engagement and retention. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations. • Experience in leading acquisitions and integration with a focus on Total Rewards and retention. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to build and develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Preferred • Master's degree in related field • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation preferred. • Experience working in a multinational organization or across multiple jurisdictions is a plus. This position is based in our Global Headquarters located in downtown Milwaukee.
