Our growth is fueled by individuals who share our passion. Currently, we have an opening for an experienced International Shipping Coordinator in our Louisville, CO location.

The International Shipping Coordinator is primarily responsible for packing finished orders for shipment to customers internationally.

Core Responsibilities include:

  • Boxing and shipping products using appropriate packing materials
  • Assembly of kits and product bundles
  • Cross-check orders in the computer to ensure accuracy
  • Process orders based on customer-specific shipping methods (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Create labels for shipments
  • Assemble large orders on pallets located in the warehouse as required
  • Count inventory as needed
  • General cleaning and upkeep of the controlled work area
  • Adhere to all established safety protocols and policies

Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience in international shipping or logistics
  • Experience with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other freight companies
  • Experience with AWB's, BOL's, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certifications of origin
  • Ability to walk, bend, stoop, and repeatedly lift up to 50lbs
  • MS Office Suite familiarity

Ideal Candidates have the following traits:
  • NetSuite or other logistics/inventory software experience
  • Forklift certification
  • cGMP experience
  • TMS experience preferred
  • Supervisor Experience is a plus
