As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for utilizing Microsoft Software, troubleshooting/repairing desktops, and providing remote support of Network/POS systems.

Qualified candidates will have 1-4 year's experience, customer service experience, and knowledge of basic network concepts and technologies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone newer to the IT field and looking for a company to grow with and further their career goals. We are direct with them, so the hiring process will be quick, easy, and efficient.

Their facility has a gym, café and covered garage

Requirements & Responsibilities for the Service Desk Specialist

  • High School or GED and 1-4 years experience
  • Related degree an/or certifications can take place of experience
  • A+, Network+, MCP or MCSA Certifications are plus
  • Basic knowledge troubleshooting and repair of desktop PCs, laptops, and peripherals.

Details of the Service Desk Specialist

  • Employment type: Temp to Hire
  • Schedule: Training shift for up to 3 months will be 8a-5p, after training work a shift either 11a-7p or 12p-9p.
  • Location: On Site
  • Start Date: July 8th.
