We are looking for Business Development Representatives to join us and be part of our growing business

As a Business Development Representative, you will drive business growth within the company. You will leverage your existing networks while also defining new business networks and using your customer relationship skills to enable sustained partnerships well into the future.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years outside sales experience, degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field or a combination of education and experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry
  • Track record of achieving / exceeding sales targets, pipeline growth, management and innovative new territory and customer development application.
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism.
  • Must be a self-starter with excellent organizational, planning, communication, reporting, financial and negotiating skills.
