Who we are looking for:

We are currently seeking a Cybersecurity Engineerfor a full-time position from Columbus, OH , or Richmond, VA, supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)

We are an organization that is committed to your growth and success in the IT software development industry and looking for a Cybersecurity Engineerwho will be supporting Enterprise Software Systems for the DLA and working with a team of technical experts in an agile environment to support current systems and functionality for a suite of applications.

What your day-to-day will look like / Duties:

  • Performs a variety of routine project tasks applied to specialized information assurance problems.
  • Tasks involve integration of electronic processes or methodologies to resolve total system problems, or technology problems as they relate to IA requirements.
  • Analyzes information security requirements.
  • Applies analytical and systematic approaches in the resolution of problems of workflow, organization, and planning.
  • Provides security engineering support for planning, design, development, testing,
    demonstration, and integration of information systems.

What we would like to see on your resume/ Required Skills:

  • Seven (7) years of relevant IT experience
  • DOD Top Secret Clearance
  • Must be eligible for IT I
  • Relevant certification meeting DOD 8570/8140 IAT level III - (Anyone of the following relevant certifications meeting DOD 8570/8140 IAT level III)
    CASP+ CE
    CCNP Security
    CISA
    CISSP (or Associate)
    GCED
    GCIH
    CCSP
  • Relevant certification meeting DOD 8570/8140 CND-IS (Anyone of the following relevant certifications meeting DOD 8570/8140 CND-IS)

  • Computing Environment: F5 Certified Technology Specialist is ASM

What specifically does this role require:

Education: High School or Equivalent

Location: Columbus, OH or Richmond, VA
