Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Outbound BDR Function Building: Develop and implement strategies to establish and scale outbound BDR functions, including lead generation tactics and outreach methodologies.

- Hands-on Lead Generation: Actively engage in outbound lead generation activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach, to supplement team efforts and drive revenue growth.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives to drive performance and achieve targets.

- Process Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize outbound BDR processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align outbound BDR efforts with overall business goals.

- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of outbound BDR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree

- Local to Columbus, OH

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in building and leading outbound BDR functions

- Proven track record of success in driving outbound lead generation and revenue growth

- Experience in healthcare-related sales and/or SaaS sales is a plus
