REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
- Minimum Years of Experience: 1 years
- Traveler Experience: Unit will accept 1st time travelers
- Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes
- Skills: Must have worked in a Level III NICU and a PICU. Experience with Airway management, medication administration, Vent management, ABG's, O2 therapy, Suction, pulmonary toileting, Bronchoscopes, Nebulizer, BiPAP, CPAP, EPIC documentation and Servo I.
- Certs: BLS, NRP, CRTT, ACLS, RRT, PALS
PATIENT DIAGNOSES:
- ICU, ED general floor care
SPECIAL PROCEDURES:
- Heated High flow nasal cannula; Bubble CPAP; Nitric Oxide; High risk deliveries; Asthma education; Pediatric trachs; Pediatric Rapid Response Team and Trauma response.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT:
- Drager VN500 and 3100A ventilators.
UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication):
- EPIC and Servo I
