Work as a Cardiology Nurse in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment. Our team provides comprehensive cardiac care and we are looking for a dedicated individual to join us in making a difference in the lives of our patients.
- Provide office-based nursing care in collaboration with providers
- Assess physical and psychosocial needs of patients and formulate nursing plan of care
- Communicate effectively with providers regarding patient needs and nursing assessments
- Document patient assessments and assist in scheduling office visits
Qualifications
- Current Connecticut RN License
- Previous experience in a medical/surgical office setting preferred
- Experience with medical software
