Job description:
  • This position is responsible for conducting and documenting effective analysis and system configuration to provide efficient systems solutions in support of clinical and operational goals.
  • This includes implementing, as well as, supporting multiple business markets after they have been implemented on medical management, correspondence, or various business systems.
  • Works closely with the production support team members, users, and clients of all positions. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a lead analyst or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  • Performs and maintains business systems configuration per business requirements and project due dates.
  • Analyzes new and existing business requirements.
  • Develops and documents system requirements, design and processes.
  • This is performed for multiple tasks, within targeted time frames and within business standards.
  • Adheres to documented policies and procedures for business systems configuration activities.
  • Participates in unit and peer acceptance testing, documents issues, researches and test solutions. This is performed for new and existing configuration, within targeted time frames and within business standards.
  • Interfaces with other departments and clients to successfully resolve system issues.
  • Handles other projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Analytical/problem solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong PC skills.
  • Proficient in using standard software.
  • Knowledge of system process analysis and/or program management, estimating IT system development and testing.
Education:
  • Bachelors
  • A Combination of Education and Work Experience May Be Considered
