Job Summary

Equiliem is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice Processing: Review and process invoices received from vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Payment Processing: Coordinate with the treasury group to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
  • Intercompany Invoice Posting: Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely posting of intercompany invoices.
  • AR Resolution: Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to resolve any issues related to intercompany billing and invoices.
  • SOX and Internal Audit: Serve as the primary point of contact for SOX and internal audit inquiries related to accounts payable.
  • Procurement Liaison: Work closely with the procurement team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and analytics to support business decisions and improve process efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required, MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, finance, or accounting.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, excellent communication and analytical skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
