About the Opportunity:
- We, ProPivotal is one of the largest Boston-based staffing firms and due to our growth, are looking to add a passionate Business Development Representative
- Boston Business Journal recognized us as the best Massachusetts company to work for in our size category. We provide staffing services in the Office Support, Creative, Healthcare, Human Resources, Technical, and Finance fields
- You will be speaking with clients looking to add to their staff
Business Development Representative Responsibilities:
- Help contact prospects to solicit business
- Present job opportunities to job seekers and coach them on taking their career to the next level
- Interpret experience on candidate resumes and improve utilization of candidate leads
- Work alongside teams within the business to address client and business needs
Business Development Representative Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of successful experience as a Business Development Representative
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Willing to commute to our Boston office
