Summary:

As a Media Buyer in a company within our network, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google. Your primary goal will be to drive bottom-line sales and achieve a strong return on ad spend (ROAS) for our clients in the e-commerce industry. This is a full-time position that offers a dynamic work environment, fostering innovation, hard work, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement media buying strategies for target audience reach
  • Manage ad campaigns, optimize performance, collaborate with creative teams
  • Conduct A/B testing, generate performance reports, explore new channels and technologies, and collaborate cross-functionally for advanced solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • C1/C2 English proficiency
  • Proven experience in media buying, preferably in digital advertising across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance accordingly.
  • Proficiency in using ad management platforms and analytics tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics, including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Passion for digital marketing, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and a willingness to learn and implement new strategies and technologies.
