Description

Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Project Manager - Real Estate to its team. This role will work fully REMOTE and works Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. This is a contract to hire role that pays $42 - 45 per hour. Upon conversion this role offers increased compensation,an annual bonus plan, and a strong benefit package.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to define project requirements, including scope of work, resource needs, cost estimates, budget, work plan schedule, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • Define project delivery resources through pre-qualified lists or project qualification processes.
  • Conduct standard requests for proposals, evaluate bids, and recommend resources to clients.
  • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and coordination of project data integrity and documentation.
  • Develop action plans to achieve project objectives, budget, and schedule; monitor progress and report status and variances.
  • Identify project threats and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Project software.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-8 years of general project management experience.
  • Business project management experience, particularly in real estate projects.
  • Experience with high-volume, high-pressure roles.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on Waterfall methodology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and project teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project software.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
