We are looking for someone who has a strong focus on content creation that will take responsibility for writing and producing various types of product-focused marketing collateral, including brochures, web content and photo and video creation. This role is an integral part of bringing new products to market following our product launch processes and playbook, as well as keeping exiting product content current. This position will work very closely with the product marketing team in developing product messaging and will gain understanding of the strategic aspects of the product marketing function. GENERAL RESPONISIBILITIES: Executes all product content for collateral, videos and web and plays a critical role in the overall success of product launches Partners with country marketers to understand marketing strategy for a given effort Collaborates with internal and external partners to execute content, video, and imagery Monitors scheduling, planning, and time management from inception of project through delivery Produces content for website, brochures, advertisements, flyers, and other marketing collateral Assists with inbound and outbound marketing initiatives to drive lead generation Collaborates with global cross-functional teams - creative, web, digital, sales enablement, business marketing and legal to produce marketing tactics Maintains/enforces brand standards PRODUCT LAUNCH SUPPORT: Act as subject matter expert for marketing operations on best practices in product launches Collaborates with cross-functional launch team including product management, engineering, sales enablement and internal and external creative partners to product launch materials Project management and delivery of market-facing content (brochures, sell sheets, flyers, banners, ads, guides, white papers, videos, articles, website pages) ensuring alignment of messaging development, copywriting, and legal review Oversee video and photography production to ensure they meet brand standards Key team member in launch of new products, managing the implementation of the communications plan BRAND/ DESIGN: Manage external and internal creative partners including schedule management. approvals, and billing (writers, graphic design, video, CGI photography) Quality control of all creative outputs in line with brand standards including proofing deliverables Create engaging marketing pieces for a variety of media with strong ability to translate requirements into design ADDITIONAL REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL & BEHAVIORAL SKILLS: In addition to the General Responsibilities, the following are requisite skills of the position as well as: Experience as a key contributor to product launch planning and execution Demonstrates strong technical writing skills with ability to write, proof and improve content Hands-on, self-motivated, and organized individual Creative with good attention to detail Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment Ability to creatively problem-solve Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally, while maintaining a client service orientation Willingness to be flexible and adjust to a changing wo k environment REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint 5 years+ marketing and project management experience Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing and project management Microsoft Office, Workfront Project Management tool, CRM Begin your journey with us.
