Unlock Your Potential as a Marketo Campaign Operations Specialist

At CommScope, we're pushing the boundaries of communications technology to enable groundbreaking discoveries. As a Marketo Campaign Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with global marketing, sales, and IT teams to develop and execute cross-channel marketing automation campaigns within Marketo.
  • Manage and execute large and complex audience segments & messaging sequences.
  • Improve campaign performance by identifying business opportunities in user data, campaign results, and cross-channel attribution.
  • Integrate the marketing campaign process between the CRM and Marketo.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the interactions between Marketo and CRM data for reaching targeted customers.
Requirements:
  • Three or more years of experience configuring and using Marketo to build out, execute, monitor, and report on marketing campaigns and programs at an enterprise level.
  • Progressive experience in digital marketing and communications.
  • Experience in marketing campaign lead management, metrics best practices, and campaign management.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, and effective project management and time management.
  • Resourceful disposition, leveraging all resources both internal and external to complete a project.
