Job Summary

Provide administrative support to the Business Development department

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor new customer leads inbox daily for new opportunities

• Distributes new leads to Sales Representatives

• Create and update leads in OSC system

• Develop and update reports regarding the tracking and management of leads

• Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions

• Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings

• Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings

• Liaison with executive and administrative assistants to handle requests and inquiries amongst senior leadership

• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

• Three to five years of experience in an administrative role preferred, but not required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent attention to details and accuracy

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Experience in Oracle desired

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Typical Days and hours worked are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
