 Duties: 
-Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails and handling correspondence
-Maintain and update files, records and databases
-Assist with data entry and clerical duties
-Type and proofread documents, reports and presentations
-Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
-Provide support to the office management team as needed
-Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Quickbooks
-Utilize computerized systems to input, retrieve and manage information
-Conduct research and gather data for various projects

Skills:
-Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (One Drive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite 
-Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy 
-Excellent organizational and time management abilities
-Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents for errors
-Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
