The Associate Director for Brand will lead the branding strategy for our rapidly growing online trade platform. Based in St. Petersburg, this on-site role demands a dynamic, creative, and strategic leader with a deep understanding of brand management and experience working with agencies on activations and PR campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in brand management and ideally will have experience with online trading and/or investing environments. This position reports to the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with Webull's objectives, focusing on digital and e-commerce growth.
  • Lead the brand's positioning, messaging, and identity initiatives, ensuring consistency and coherence across all digital channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Ideate, create, and protect the brand both externally and internally, serving as the gatekeeper for all in/outbound messaging.
  • Conduct detailed market research and analysis to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning within the online trade industry.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of brand activations, PR campaigns, and other initiatives that effectively communicate the brand's value proposition to target audiences.
  • Manage and optimize the brand's budget, with a focus on ROI and efficient resource allocation.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor brand performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to support and amplify the brand's reach.
  • Coordinate with partner agencies, representing the brokerage to ensure alignment and effective execution of branding efforts.
  • Lead and inspire the branding team, promoting a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence.
  • Stay ahead of branding trends and innovations, particularly within the online trade and e-commerce sectors.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Significant experience in brand management, specifically in digital marketing or e-commerce environments. Experience in online trading platforms is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial principles and budget management. A financial background is a considerable advantage.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable branding strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of envisioning and executing innovative branding initiatives.
  • Extensive agency experience, with a proven track record of successful brand activations, PR campaigns, and coordination with partner agencies.
  • Proven ability to ideate, create, and protect a brand, serving as the gatekeeper for in/outbound messaging.
