Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Gas Distribution Scheduling team. Responsibilities include processing various permits, maintaining customer communications, and assisting with administrative tasks related to Gas Distribution operations. This entry-level position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work with diverse teams to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase card reconciliation for truck permitting.
  • MDOT permit processing and submission of Miss Dig tickets.
  • Communicate with customers regarding Gas Distribution work and site checks.
  • Process site check requests and coordinate with municipal authorities.
  • Assist with administrative duties related to project tracking and reporting.
  • Perform tasks related to truck permitting, coordination with teams, and various administrative processes.
Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with SAP software.
  • Basic knowledge of plotter and scanner operation.
