Use your proven understanding of interaction sound design to define and distill broad concepts into actionable deliverables. Contribute to the development of sound design systems by establishing audio design standards, guidelines, and best practices, while being the go-to expert for all things sound, including design standards, best practices, and implementation guidelines. Execute in a fast-paced and highly fluid environment Collaborate closely with other sound designers to ensure systems alignment across products Collaborate closely with all partners to determine scope of work, planning and execution of sound design and implementation. Influence key business decisions within the organization and product/ business area, leveraging clear data-driven decision making Influence and drive sonic excellence in order to maintain quality and leverage existing resources for product consistency and efficiency Develop and maintain a consistent sonic brand identity across key Meta touchpoint Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Sound design and Interaction Sound Design in particular. 5+ years creating UX sonic experiences for products in mobile, hardware, and non-traditional or immersive environments. Experience creating original sound design for high-profile products or experiences. Experience with sound design synthesis and latest plugins. Proven communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated music production experience. Demonstrated skills in Pro Tools and/or other professional DAW’s. Understanding of human-centered design. Experience managing, scoping and communicating project milestones and deliverables. Experience testing implementation of sounds. Troubleshooting and problem solving skills Time-management and organizational skills to meet delivery specifications and deadlines Understanding of Design Systems and systems thinking Understanding of haptics design patterns and principles Understand accessibility requirements. Communicate effectively with technical teams and software developers to ensure seamless and efficient sound implementation.
