This is a 6-month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Shift/Hours

Monday - Friday; 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the Data Integration Specialist:
  • Maintain Power BI dashboards that provide clear visualizations of complex data
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Power BI queries, data connections, and performance
  • Leverage your knowledge of Snowflake and general data warehousing to support our views from various data sources
  • Optimize data pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow into Snowflake
  • Monitor and enhance data quality and performance within Snowflake
  • Create custom tooling to streamline processes and enhance productivity
  • Develop scripts, utilities, or automation solutions to address specific engineering needs
  • Contribute to building a robust data infrastructure
  • Assist with data-related challenges, including debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Collect and present feedback from engineering teams for the working of defects and enhancements
Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications of the Data Integration Specialist:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in Power BI for report creation and dashboard development
  • Strong understanding of Snowflake or (similar data warehousing tool) and its integration capabilities
  • Experience with SQL and Python
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Working knowledge of AWS serverless infrastructure
  • Prior experience supporting engineering teams is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and foster a collaborative environment
Pay Range
  • $86 - $91 per hour (Paid Weekly)
