Your Role and Responsibilities
Location: Ft. Meade, MD
KC Help Desk supporting the DISA Data Catalog Consulting Services Team with the resolving and escalating issues related to IBM Knowledge Catalog (IKC).
  • Help Desk support is responsible for:
  • Troubleshooting issues related to the DISA Data Catalog supported by IKC on both NIPR (IL 5) and SIPR (IL 6)
  • Providing access to new users in IKC
  • Escalating issues and working with the IKC support team as necessary
  • Supporting upgrades of the software
  • Should be able to work on site from Fort Meade, MD when required.
  • ** This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance or higher (US Citizenship is required) ***

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Experience with IKC (2 years) • Working knowledge of active development (1 year) •
  • Required Certification: Security + Certification
  • Clearance:
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance or higher (US Citizenship required).

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
