Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Scientist - 2ND SHIFT
Job Description
Under supervision, the Clinical Laboratory Scientist performs the pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical phases of all testing with speed and accuracy as authorized under California State Business and Professions Code. The role involves analyzing test results tailored to different patient populations including pediatric, neonatal, adolescent, adult, and geriatric. The successful candidate will review and report test results to the appropriate provider or location, maintain quality control and assurance, and ensure the adherence to departmental policies on preventive maintenance. The role also requires interaction with all laboratory computer systems, maintaining educational requirements as specified by the state annually, and completing special assignments efficiently.

Medical Technician experience in the United States (if not U.S. trained)

Valid California State CLS license
