Additional Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in IT with 3+ years in application development, support, prof services, and/or QA Minimum 2 years' experience as a developer, business systems analyst, or QA Engineer Experience translating business needs into system requirements and configurations. 1–2 years of experience writing functional and/or technical requirements for software implementations Good communication skills with any type of audience, internal (all levels) and external. Experience in Lucid chart, Confluence, ADO. Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle Good understanding of Requirements definition, User stories, and Agile processes MS Azure and other cloud experience preferred.
