Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) - Position available August 29, 2024

Certifications Required/Desired:
  • High School diploma
  • RBT Certificate
  • 60 College Credits
  • The RBT certification requires applicants to be at least 18 years of age, have successfully passed a background check, have demonstrated completion of high school or equivalent/higher, received 40-hour training covering the RBT Task List, have successfully completed a competency assessment administered by a BCBA certificate, and must adhere to the RBT Ethics Code containing 31 elements that are organized into three sections: Responsible Conduct, Responsibility to Clients, and Competence and Service Delivery.


Major Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in school environment
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
  • Collect data during each session with the student
  • Skills targeted may include: language development, daily living sills, play skills, social skills, safety skills, and the decrease of challenging behaviors including aggression, property destruction,tantrums, etc.
