North Mississippi Health Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Float Resource in Verona, Mississippi.
Clinical PracticeWe are looking for a nurse who can utilize the nursing process to provide safe, quality patient care and document accordingly.
EducationThe ideal candidate will provide patient/family education and act as a resource for existing staff and new employees.
CommunicationMaintaining effective communication with multidisciplinary team members is crucial to provide holistic care to our patients.
Customer RelationsWe expect our nurse to project a caring, friendly, and helpful image to patients and other customers.
Self-DevelopmentThe successful candidate will maintain competency by staying informed of changing trends in the nursing practice.
Regulatory KnowledgeOur nurse must comply with regulatory and accrediting agency requirements.
To be successful in this role, you must complete RN orientation and approved unit-specific checklist. Additionally, you will be required to maintain department requirements for continuing education and any specific unit requirements to provide appropriate age-specific care.
