IT Help Desk Support

Full-time, direct-hire IT Support Analyst role open for a growing organization based in Greenville, SC. This is a primarily on-site role with remote flexibility (one day a week). In this role you will address support tickets by diagnosing and resolving network, desktop, mobile, and software related issues. This company is searching for a motivated individual with around 2 years of technical support experience to join them in their beautiful, modern office. Must have O365 experience to be considered.
Requirements
- 2 years of IT support experience
- Professional demeanor, ability to deal with various business users from technicians to executives
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Ability to create and delete Active Directory user accounts, reset passwords, etc.
- Experience with O365 troubleshooting; experience with Entra ID preferred
