Tombras, a 400+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking a Manager, Ad Tech.

Where you'll be working: Knoxville or Atlanta. Relocation assistance may be provided.

Our Ad Tech team focuses on bringing our agency-wide adaptive approach to life through the development and implementation of cutting edge proprietary technologies to solve our client's unique business challenges.

We are looking to add a data-driven, analytical and skilled individual to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for implementing our ad technologies across their assigned book of clients to curate client specific insights that drive efficiencies and deeper understanding across their marketing and advertising efforts.

What you'll be doing:

    • Implement data connections between clients and technology solutions
    • Integrate our ad technology products within multiple client's larger advertising eco-system
    • Combine understanding of our technology suite with understanding of client's business to develop and optimize a learning agenda centered around answering our client's biggest questions
    • Analyze outputs from our consumer, business, measurement and forecasting solutions to provide insights to our clients in the form of repeatable deliverables
    • Oversee the development and training of assigned associates
    • Responsible for preparing and presenting project updates and documentation
    • The Manager, Ad Tecnologies will also work with the associate director of ad technologies to: Enhance inter & intra-departmental processes, create templatized deliverables based on repeated client asks and train other departments in the internal use of our solutions
What you'll bring:
    • Having a deep and rich understanding of our ad technology suite and underlying products
    • Eagerness to learn as Tombras' technology stack is immensely unique and customized to the operations and leadership at the agency
    • Experience at an agency, technology company or as a project manager is a plus
    • Proven ability to concisely communicate roadblocks and initiate solutions for a wide range of varied impromptu business and technical issues across multiple clients
    • Analytical & data-driven mindset
    • Proven ability to lead projects, influence decisions, and drive outcomes with minimal direction
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task across a variety of clients and internal stakeholders
