We have an opportunity for a motivated individual to fill the role of a Service Support Specialist. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring administrative tasks and other team support is provided so that the team can provide the utmost customer experience.

Why this Role is Important:

Budderfly installs a variety of advanced technologies to save energy on our customers' sites. Ensuring that these technologies operate efficiently and without issue is vital to the success the organization. This role is for a key player among the impactful team which is tasked with ensuring that these technologies continue to operate at the utmost efficiency while ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. They will do this by supporting the Service Support team on the Technical Services team. The successful candidate will have a background in completing administrative tasks in computer systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete administrative tasks which support the Technical Service team.
  • Act as Liaison between our Technical Support team, internal management and our customers
  • Provide dedication to improve customer service, customer satisfaction and overall business productivity
  • Provide excellent and timely customer communications / updates through email and chat systems
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in computer-based administrative tasks
  • Minimum of HS Degree, Associate's degree preferred
  • Enjoys continuous learning, as supported by your organization, both technically and professionally
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Work across / with organization Teams
  • Able to work Monday thru Friday 8 am - 5 pm
  • Willingness to work some late nights and cover weekends for vacation coverage is required.
  • Overtime available as desired

$26.44-$28.36 USD

Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
