Position Summary: This position is for a retirement plan sales consultant with several years of experience selling advisory consulting , third party administration or recordkeeping services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in retirement plan sales and/or 5 years in retirement plan sales support. This position requires someone who is driven and who is a self-starter with a proven track record of results. This individual should be able to excel in networking and building relationships and have excellent communication skills. There is a defined career path in this role for growth. Core Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the retirement planning sector. Drive sales through proactive outreach, cold calling, networking, and client referrals. Actively participate in industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and generate leads. Stay up to date with the latest retirement plan products, services, and industry trends. Provide clients with informed recommendations based on current market conditions. Employ a consultative sales approach to understand client needs, present appropriate retirement plan solutions, and close sales. Work closely with internal teams, including our dedicated retirement plan advisors, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies in the sale of retirement plans. Qualifications Required: 3 years of experience in retirement plan sales or 5 years in the retirement plan business. Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field preferred. ·Must possess either a Series 65 or 66. Certain certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) accepted in lieu of licensing. Compensation: $ 80K-100K+ base plus incentive compensation and benefits (first year compensation =150K+ / second year compensation = 200K-250K+ / third year compensation = 300K+) #LI-ME1
