  • Develop and execute the business development strategy to prioritize growth and positive customer ratings
  • Identify markets, applications, products, channels, and/or agents for growth
  • Conduct detailed industry research to develop effective sales solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define market needs and provide accurate forecasts, budgets, and targets
  • Review sales contracts to ensure compliance with legal and corporate guidelines
  • Assist with marketing and digital branding strategies, including lead generation and optimizing marketing funnels
  • Represent at industry functions, trade shows, and exhibits in line with sales strategy
  • Oversee the analysis, standardization, and reporting of CRM, and develop and execute marketing events and campaigns
  • Establish social media strategy and implement comprehensive marketing plans
  • Coach and develop field sales teams and evaluate customer suitability and readiness for implementation opportunities

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or finance; MBA desired

Professional Knowledge and Experiences

  • 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Experience in leading and implementing changes & processes
  • Experience in marketing principles and tools
  • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques, with ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

Other Skills & Competencies

  • Financial acumen, negotiation skills, and proficiency in market analysis
  • Ability to manage customer expectations, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and effective at managing and prioritizing multiple tasks
  • Ability to travel 50% - 75%
