Entry Level Business Development Associate

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This position is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their careers in business development. You will collaborate closely with senior team members to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the company’s overall growth. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Assist the sales team in prospecting, generating leads, and qualifying potential clients.
- Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings, presentations, and pitches to build strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Sales Support: Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and contracts.
- Business Strategy: Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development activities, including lead conversion rates and sales metrics.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and identify potential partnerships.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Experience: Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
