Our client, a progressive religious organization in Boston, is looking for an office manager to join their team. The role is onsite and pays up to 32/hr, depending on experience. The ideal candidate has administrative/operations experience and is proficient in QuickBooks

Responsibilities

  • Manage QuickBooks
  • Triage phone calls
  • Manage office duties
  • Develop and maintain filing system
  • Update website and other creative communication tools
  • Other admin duties as needed
