The Office Manager has the privilege of delivering an impeccable impression to our patients by phone and as they enter our facility. This initial interaction builds trust and reflects the high quality care and competence every patient will experience with us.

An Office Manager is responsible for:
  • Warmly and enthusiastically greeting patients
  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Answering phones
  • Referral management
  • Educating patients of insurance benefits and financial commitments
  • Collecting patient payments
  • Tracking authorization of patient treatment
  • Assisting patients with intake forms, quality assurance, and outcome measures
  • Scanning and filing of medical records
  • Maintaining a clean and pristine waiting room
  • Making deposits
  • Analyzing Key Predictive Indicators (stats) and creating action plans based on trends
  • Collaborating with Clinic Director to foster clinic growth and our enhance our ability to serve the community
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in an office environment is preferred
  • High School Graduation with some advanced education/certifications preferred
  • Computer and software proficiency
  • Team player attitude, energetic, organized, excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to work in the United States
