Job Description and Requirements:
Pay Rate: $120-$160K
The Electrical Engineer will assist in delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions that require the development or enhancement of techniques, procedures, or products. Responsibilities include aiding in the planning, execution, and assessment of project approaches to achieve objectives efficiently. Duties involve identifying and organizing requirements, applying usability procedures and principles, analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining products, and aiding in their commercialization. The role includes building and testing prototypes, products, and systems, setting up lab simulations, designing and implementing tests, documenting results, and developing customer presentations. The engineer will provide timely corrective actions for defects, produce analyses and mathematical models, and draw conclusions from these. Participation in technical reviews of requirements, specifications, designs, code, and other artifacts is expected. Contributions to design standards and support, creation and maintenance of product documentation, and providing field and customer support via InTouch are also part of the role. The engineer will offer user training, assign, direct, and review technicians' work, and guide engineers. With seniority, there is an expectation to mentor junior engineers, continually evaluate engineering approaches and risks, author technical reports, papers, articles, patents, and presentations, share expertise via Eureka and special interest groups, and expand the informal network within the organization. Staying informed of new technical concepts and markets, adopting new practices to develop innovative and low-cost products, and maintaining knowledge of company technology, organization, and business are essential. Compliance with company requirements as outlined in the risk control matrix is mandatory.

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, preferably a Master's, and at least 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer are required.
