How you will thrive and create an impact Integration Strategy Development Collaborate with stakeholders to develop an integration strategy specific to end-user computing, M365, and AD, aligned with overall IT integration goals and business objectives. Assess existing end-user computing environments, M365 configurations, and AD infrastructures to identify integration opportunities and challenges. End User Computing Integration Lead the planning and execution of end-user computing integration initiatives, including desktop/laptop configurations, user profiles, and application access. Ensure compatibility and consistency of end-user computing environments across merged entities, addressing any technical discrepancies or user experience issues. Lead testing processes to ensure applications will function as designed on standard OS images. Work with cross functional teams to create software deployment packages. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain documentation of end-user computing configurations, M365 settings, and AD integration procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness. What we're looking for Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus. Candidates with three years of relevant experience may substitute the degree requirement. Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Windows desktop/laptop environments, M365 applications, and Active Directory services. Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, including SSO, LDAP, and Azure AD. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, and CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
