• Effectively interacts with physician offices, nursing homes, hospital personnel, and other agencies/contacts.

• Promote, market, and assist the sales team to increase sales and overall awareness of MedCare services.

• Focus on awareness of the marketplace you work in and have an understanding of both clients' needs/demands and competitors' strengths and weaknesses.

• Provide good account management for assigned facilities and clients through sales calls, in-services, etc. In addition to meeting with referral sources to educate staff on products and services provided.

• Acts as a liaison to referral sources and assists staff in completing necessary payor requirements to complete orders.

• Works with referral sources to educate staff on products and services provided.

• Executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services.

• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree

• Valid state driver's license

• Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to work independently and in a team setting.

• Must be organized and detail oriented.

• Basic Math and Keyboard Proficiency. Functional skills on a PC.

• HS Diploma or GED
