Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychosocial support and personal care to residents.
- Assist with mobility, daily tasks, and prescribed exercises.
- Prepare meals and cater to dietary requirements.
- Support medication administration and household services.
- Monitor, report, and document client status and care provided.
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation for travel between various locations on the same day.
- High School Diploma or GED.
