ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
We are in search of a motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Specialist, Key Holder who is enthusiastic about customer service and mentoring colleagues to reach their objectives in a dynamic setting. Key duties include:
- Ensuring every customer feels valued by dedicating time to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Acting as a knowledgeable resource for products, with the capability to promote and sell a diverse range of apparel, including private labels and name brands.
- Contributing to the development of a top-notch customer-centric sales team through ongoing coaching and training in sales techniques, behaviors, and operational practices.
ARE YOU THE RIGHT CANDIDATE?
Essential qualifications for this position include:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (a college/university degree is advantageous but not mandatory).
- Exemplary customer service skills and experience in resolving issues and complaints.
- Capability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
