You will report to the Senior Practice Manager (SPM) and: • Provide holistic, evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients. This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (STI) Prevention and safer sex practices. • Offer, order and administer immunizations and injections (to include but not limited to COVID19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provides evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education. Preferred Qualifications : If less than 1 year of work experience as a licensed provider, prior student precepting rotation with MinuteClinic is preferred, but not required. • Experience with Epic. • Previous experience in ER, Urgent Care, Primary Care, ICU or retail health is preferred. Education : • Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role ucation Requirements Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $37.66 - $81.11 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
